Conditions

• Rates are per person per day
• For stays of less than 3 nights the rates are subject to a 30% increase
• Rates include towels and bed linen, kitchenware, water, gas and electricity
• Arrival and departure day: Saturday
• Weekly change of linen
• The apartment booking is confirmed only after the receipt of a deposit. Bills must be settled on the evening before departure.
• Check-in day: the apartment is available from 1 pm
• Check-out day: the apartment must be vacated by 9 am at the latest.
• Final cleaning: if the apartment is returned clean and tidy no charge will be made for final cleaning.
• Late arrivals and early departures will be charged.
• We accept small pets after agreement, provided they are quiet, clean and supervised by the owners (5 € per day)
• No smoking in all apartments
